Job Responsibility
Sonar Platform, a social media analytics company located in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, is currently looking for a Community Manager.
If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR and promotional events.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities:

o Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
o Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
o Set up and optimize company pages within each platform, to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
o Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
o Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
o Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
o Respond to customers in a timely manner.
o Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in any related majors (Mass Communication, Marketing, Design,
Media, etc.).
o Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as Digital Media Specialist,
min 2years
o Excellent skills in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and
communication.
o Experience in social networking and using social analytics tools.
o Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
o Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and
organizational ability.
o Fluent in English.
o Ability to interpret website traffic
o Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
