Job Responsibility

• Able to perform Cook job task from A-Z
• Able to run minimum 4 kitchen section, e.g. Sashimi Section, Maki Section, Sushi Section, Grill Section.
• Able to perform runner duties.
• Able to manage minimum 4 kitchen section/ counter.
• Able to perform food quality control for minimum 4 kitchen section/ counters.
• Able to monitor the down line (Cook, Junior Cook & Helper) work performance.              
• Start training to handle counter 5 & 6.
• Start learning QC for more than 4 kitchen section/ counter.
• Start learning hostel hygiene report, wastage report, & ordering.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years and above working experiences on related industry.
• Able to perform Cook job task from A-Z.
• Able to run minimum 4 kitchen section, e.g. Sashimi Section, Maki Section, Sushi Section, Grill Section.
• Able to perform runner duties.
• Able to manage minimum 4 kitchen section/ counter.
• Able to perform food quality control for minimum 4 kitchen section/ counters.
• Able to monitor the down line (Cook, Junior Cook & Helper) work performance.
