Job Description
Job Responsibility
Calling the past due customers to remind their repayment obligation and ensure the collection action taken are within company guidelines, credit policies and collection policies.
Call and negotiate on repayment from customers.
Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, guidelines, compliance and information security, etc.
Probe customers latest contact details and update in system to increase collection efforts.
Require positive personality and good communication skills.
