Job ResponsibilityJob Description
- To setup, maintain and control CNC machine in order to execute quality products.
- Carry out any other improvement and/or special projects as assigned by management
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and material onto machine
- Utilize mathematical knowledge and precision tools such as micrometre, vernier calliper, height gauge and block gauge to calculate dimensions & tolerance
- Monitor and control materials and cutters to ensure production running smoothly.
Requirement
- Possess 2-5 year experience in relevant skill.
- Setup, adjust and operate/machining 3-Axis machine used to perform precision machining operation.
- Able to interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of workpiece
- At least 1 year experience in machining precision parts or any related field
- Able to work overtime
- Perform daily 5S and housekeeping
