Job Responsibility

• Responsible to use company's product channel to promote.
• Responsible to provide technical customer service using company's product channel.  
• Responsible to deal with customer's feedbacks and enquiries, assist customer in collecting and analyzing data.
• Responsible to provide accurate feedback to the customer immediately at the same time record the problem.
• Follow up customer's problems with sales personnel or technical personnel, and reply customer in a timely manner.
• Coordinate other matters assigned with the Superior.
• Basic salary along with commission (KPI). 

Job Requirements

• High school education and above, experienced in handling Internet platform products (preferred)
• Candidate must have at least 1-2 years related working experience
• Experienced in using cloud control system or other channels such as TikTok, Instagram and etc (preferred)
• Experienced in customer service (preferred)
• Has strong communication skills, able to have a good communication between customers and the team using software applications.
• Has strong sense of responsibility, always willing to help customers or the team to solve different problems.
• Able to learn quickly, able to solve problem and has teamwork spirit.
• With acceptable level of English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
