Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
1. Understand customers' need and their system requirements, and the cybersecurity or network solutions
2. Implement IT network security compliance
3. Manage network infrastructure operation services including provisioning and configuration
4. Handle on-site support following SLA
5. Provide network support and periodic network configuration verification
6. Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance e.g. infra-application version upgrade, hotfix deploy, system monitoring, job automations
Requirements
1. Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
2. Minimum 2 years of hand-on experience on network and cybersecurity solutions e.g Firewalls, Advanced Persistent Threats, Email Gateway, etc
3. Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization
CCNA, CCNP, ITIL or any related certifications will be an added advantage
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
