Job Description
Job Responsibility Responsibilities o Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth o Assume responsibility of budgeting and resourcing o Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs o Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel o Assign cases and create schedules for all employees o Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback o Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development o Spoke person or Speaker o Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary o Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards
Requirements and skills o Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position o Experience in clinical supervision and program management o Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures o Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO) and regulations for the clinical field o Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Google Application etc Workspace, Calendar o Excellent communication and people skills o Exceptional organizational and leadership skills o Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts o Basic understanding on education regulation, human resource policies and school budgets. o Master or Degree in Speech Therapist /Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist/Clinical Psychologist or 5 Years relevant working experience in center or Hospital Setting o Registered as a member MOTA o Able to work at Shah Alam or Kuala Lumpur o Has a driving license and own transportation.
