Duties/Responsibilities.
Screening o Request the patients/visitors to register the mysejahtera app. o Check their body temperature. o Check their blood pressure reading.
Registration o Register the patients based on first come first basis. o Identify the patient's status whether cash basis or panel basis. o Make sure all the documents are in order before submitting to the panel for claim. Triage o Enter the patient's body temperature and blood pressure readings in the system to facilitate the medical officer on duty. o Check body temperature and weight for pediatric (child) patients. o Check BMI, long and shortsightedness for medical checkup patient.
Pharmacy o Monitor supplies of inventories and medications. o Provide patient medication, medical leave, and receipt for medical fee. o Assist the medical officer in performing any medical procedure if necessary.
Payment & Account o Ensure the cashflow in order and make sure close account every end of the shift. o Remind the patient on dosage of medicine, procedure to take the medicine as doctor's advised to the patient Additional Responsibilities o Clean the clinic frequently and keep it hygiene. o Disinfect the clinic frequently as per SOP o Assist the medical officer during conducting Swab test and other medical procedures. o Conduct FB Live about health awareness. o Engage patients with health information via FB page, WhatsApp and Telephone. o To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements: o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent. o Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) license is an advantage. o At least 1 years' experience as Clinic Assistant/Nurse will add advantage. o Able to use MAGSYS system to key in data. o Complete 2 Dose Covid-19 Vaccination. o Empathy with patient o Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. o Compassionate with good communication skills
