Job Description
Job Responsibility
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Using computers to do most of the work tasks, including tender or quotation related job.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Screening opening government tender and quotation daily using eperolehan website.
Keeping records of company's vehicles such as road tax's information.
Job Requirements
Associate's Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (employee may need to do some basic computerization & installation).
Have administrative experience is an added advantage.
Have experience in using Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Have experience in using eperolehan's system/website.
Performing installation of application.
Setting up peripherals, both hardware and software.
Perform troubleshooting activity from time to time for issues that are reported to ensure the effectiveness and quality, such as monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting system and network issue.
