Job Responsibilityo Cultivating relationships with potential customers--such as prospects and leads--to build the company's clientele
o Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, project development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns
o Specifying a company's target audience based on market research
o Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
o Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market
o Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement
o Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
o Answers questions from clients
o Creating editorial and content creation for various media platforms
o Assisting with the design and placement of social media ads and email blasts
o Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client's voice and mission
o Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project
o Meeting with clients to discuss company profiles and selling the company's expertise.
o Conducting market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
o Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public's perception of the company's brand
o Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell company's services
o Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved
o Persists in sales even in the face of failure
o Finds ways to sell services in the face of a down market
o Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign / project, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns / projects as necessary
o Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyse and recommend actions based on status of individual customers or groups of customers
o Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality of the services
o Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadline
