Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Efficiently handle Inbound and Outbound calls, e-Mails & Live Chats from customers, merchants & riders
  • Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls, e-Mails or Live Chats
  • Expected to offer fast & timely solutions and alternatives within the given time limits and follow ups to ensure complete resolution to all types of enquiries and/or complaints 
  • Provide excellent customer service & ensure customer satisfactions at all times
  • Maintaining company's Service Standard at all times
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process service requests & filing documents
  • Comply with company's communication procedures, policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

We're looking for Client Care Apprentice who have keen interest in learning our trade, enhance your customer service skills in a fast-moving start-up environment and be our Service Ambassador.

  • Nationality: Malaysian
  • Fresh Graduates & School Leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Previous working experience in Customer Service or service related fields (Telemarketing, Billing, Liaison) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Have good analytical skills and a sense of business acumen
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with pleasant / smiley voice
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in basic computer programmes (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively & Social Media savvy
  • Opportunities to learn and grow with options for full time employment later
  • Must have completed min. SPM, Diploma or Degree from any school of Business, entrepreneurship, mass communications, HR or in similar capacity.
