Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of C&S consultancy working experience is required for this position.
- Proficient in CAD application skills and ability to understand technical drawings.
- Proficient in Civil3D or BIM / Revit will be an advantage.
- Focus, responsive, responsible and have good interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and work well under pressure.
- Possess good teamwork with all levels.
- Full-time position available
- Junior draughtspersons are also encouraged to apply for the junior and intermediate positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare required Civil / Structural drawings for the purpose of submission, tender, construction, as-built and etc.
- To check, alter, plot and deliver all required drawings as per Engineers' instructions.
- Demonstrating working to a high level in producing engineering drawings conforming to certain standards/requirements with MINIMAL supervision.
- Promote effective two-way communication with engineers so as to work out the detailed engineering drawings for Civil / Structural drawings, foundation drawings, details and etc.
- Undertake any other related tasks as and when directed by the Engineer / Company.
- Any other work that is deemed necessary for the operations of the department.
