Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responsible to clear all IQC inventory
o Responsible to carry out the inspection and buy-off for the Incoming Materials as per the QCIC (Quality Control Inspection Criteria) or any documented procedures.
o Record all the buy-off / inspection results in the assigned formats and maintain the records according to the documented procedures.
o Ensure proper segregation of any nonconformance materials, raise NCMR (Nonconformance Material Report), and obtain approval and disposition from the MRB Team.
o Ensure immediate feedback to superior of any nonconformance materials detected for further actions to be taken to the suppliers.
AUTHORITIES:
Authority is commensurate with the responsibilities which include, but not limited to:
o Reject the nonconformance lot and alert QA/QC Engineer Manager for further disposition.
o Issue Justification Report if requires deviation approval.
