Job ResponsibilityObjective of this position: Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
What will your role be? Oversees all company social media accounts management which includes:
Content Creation
- Develop fun and engaging content for regularly scheduled posts on all social media channels under the company.
- Propose strategies and campaigns to increase/maintain online presence.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to produce quality visuals.
Community Service
- Collect and respond to online feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with brand managers to resolve complaints regarding product and services.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide insights on social media growth.
- Monitor direct and indirect competitors (if any).
- Give suggestions for social media best practice.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Social Media Advertising
- Create brand awareness.
- Assist and support the team in maximizing campaign results through paid ads.
- Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control across all deliverables.
Influencer Outreach
- Source and build connection with key influencers to collaborate with.
- Build strategies on how to best utilize their followings/audience based on campaign objectives.
Job Requirements- Possess minimum education level, Diploma in Advertising, Mass Communications, Media, or Journalism.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in similar role.
- Extensive Knowledge and skill in Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms, primarily Facebook & Instagram. Other social media platform will be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and web analytics and all aspects of Digital Marketing.
- Excellent consulting, presentation, editing, and writing innovative content.
- Good command English proficiency in both spoken and written.
