Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o To plan and replenish raw and sub materials in line with customers' orders and specifications.
o To liaise with customers on information relating to the specific orders.
o To issue Purchase Requisition to Purchasing Department upon insufficient stocks.
o To issue Job Sheet / Work Order and Material Requisition to Production Department.
o To prepare layout imposition for Pre-press upon customers files received.
o To create and furnish orders information to Production Department for multiple versions
o To call briefing with Production for new or complicated jobs.
o To periodically check and replenish stocks for frequently used items on time.
o To prepare outsourced work orders upon approval by the respective authority.
o To prepare and purchase other materials related to the orders according to requirements.
o To undertake any other tasks or project as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
o Minimum of a post STPM or Diploma in any discipline
o Must be PC literate in the application of Microsoft office software (Power Point,
Word & Excel)
o Good command of the English Language and some BM essential. Pleasant disposition and dynamic personality with good attitude
