Menu drafting and preparing.
Maintaining kitchen hygiene.
Responsible for develop menus and well versed in making various Chinese dishes to serve the guests need.
Responsible for directing the cooking work, reviewing the food menu, and guiding the quality of the dishes.
Requirements:
Must have 2-3 years of experience as a cook.
Able to prepare various style of Chinese cuisine.
Creative menu preparation.
