Job Description
Job Responsibility
Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies.
Writing, testing, debugging and documenting code at the same time Coordinating with other team members to ensure that they are on track with their projects
Communicating with other departments to gather requirements for new projects.
Work closely with other developers to ensure that code meets industry standards.
Reviewing project proposals to determine feasibility and profitability.
Evaluating new technology and recommending changes to existing systems.
Plan for any hindrances that might occur during the course of the project.
Goal setting that defines the overall project's objective.
Time management in the activities for the completion of the project and also prepare for any delays may occur in any of the activities.
Set out the project boundaries and scope for the project which formulates itself into a plan of action and assists in successful completion of the project.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring that each one meets its deadlines and budget.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Java ecosystem
Excellent knowledge of software design and architecture
Good experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD
Database development experience specifically on SQL
Excellent Knowledge of frameworks and libraries, especially SPRING BOOT
Candidates should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.
Good and able to communicate in multi-language (English and Mandarin is a must)
Self-motivated and engaged in effective leadership
