Job ResponsibilityResponsible for providing support and assistance to kitchen staff throughout food service. He/She's primary role is assist the kitchen staff to perform basic food preparations like cleaning and simple cutting of vegetables and food items. Their duties also include carrying items from the receiving bay and putting these items in the correct locations and making sure the dry store is kept organized by placing food items in an orderly manner. They also need to help clean and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
