Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and manage cost according to budget
  • Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor staffs KPIs
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Manage relationships with operations vendors
  • Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to customer service, or accidents.
  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
  • Responsible for all aspects of license (Business License, advertising license, premise tenancy agreement, register electricity, telephone line, internet & etc)

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
  • Has relevant experience in human resource, operations & office management
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management is a must
  • Experience in Public Relations (added advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in English & BM
  • Possess critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making skills
  • Deadline-Oriented
  • Possess strong leadership skills & a team player
  • Willing to work in Damansara (nearby TTDI MRT station)
