Job Responsibility- Lead and manage a strong team of staff at the branch to deliver a profitable business and provide excellent customer focus sales and services.
- Responsible for the bottom-line profitability of the branch outlet business for the company
- Drive financial, operational and services levels improvement by ensuring continuous achievements of KPIs, develop and monitor improvement plans.
- Work with Marketing and support all marketing and promotions to achieve the agreed target
- Ensure compliance to local law and regulations for all activities at the branch outlet
