Job Responsibilityo Monitor all CCTV
o Watch playback off CCTV and report any unusual activities to the management
o Answer intercom calls and assist customer on car parking issues
o Need to do routine rounding and checking on the condition of the carpark
o Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
o Minimum SPM / Certificate or equivalent
o Good in both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
o Able to use computer and basic software (internet browser, excel, notepad, etc.)
o Experience with customer service
o Knowledge in carpark system is added advantage
o Prepared to work on day and night shift basis, weekends and public holidays, as per duty roster.
o Have own transport and valid driving license
