Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:-
o To increase sales for the category.
o Sourcing products that suitable for market needs.
o To develop strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams.
o To develop strategic long term plan for the development of the category.
o To analyze, develop and implement effective promotion programs in line with company strategy.
o To plan and develop strategies for the product categories and exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
o Conduct relevant data analysis on best sellers, product performance and recommend action plan.
o Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:-
o Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.
o At least 3 year(s) of buying experience preferable in F&B or retail industry.
o Possess own transport and willing to travel.
