Job Responsibilityo Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
o To ensure all transactions with customers is accurate and efficient.
o Issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
o Handle customers' refunds or exchange and coupons/voucher redemption by following company policies.
o Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
o Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
o Greet customers when entering or leaving the stores.
o Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
o Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
o Handling bag, box or wrap packages.
o Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfactions.
