Job Responsibility1. Supervise all service personnel in their daily canteen activities and operation running smothly.
2. To ensure food handler/ service personnel
personal hygiene.
3. Periodic review and revise meal menu/ recipes.
4. Plan, organize and execute for healthy and well balance meal.
5. Plan, organize and execute timely preparation and serving of all drink, food and meals at prescribed period.
6. Preparation, use cooking techniques to cook for lunch, dinner and supper whichever is applicable.
7. To manage and source for meal from third party vendor as and when necessary.
8. To ensure all cutting tools, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are hygienis and clean.
9. To ensure cleanliness of food preparation area.
10. To ensure all cantee waste are properly disposed of.
11. Organize service personnel to perform daily canteen cleaning, washing of basins and replenishment of tissues and hand soap.
12. To organize and ensure daily cleaning of table, chairs, canteen floor, surfaces and windows are performed.
13. To provide excellent services to all canteen customers.
14. Safe custody and accountability of daily cash collections with accounts.
15. Check all incoming provisions (raw material) for quality, quantity and pricing.
16. Utilize and manage storage equipment to store all raw food material to preserve the freshness and the food quality.
17. Monitoring stock provisions and replenishes the same as and necessary.

19. Feedback any non-compliance issue and problem encountered to Administration Manager.
20. Periodic maintenance audit of all canteen equipment and items.
