Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Training new staff members for the required duties and responsibilities.
o Ensuring that all campus operations run smoothly by communicating with students, parents, and staff members.
o Providing leadership, management, and administrative services for the campus.
o Coordinating with students, parents, and staff members to resolve issues.
o Coordinating with staff members regarding student activities and events.
o Monitors teacher and students in classes.
o Prepare and supervise campus budget.
o Supervise and evaluate campus staff members.
o Analyzes campus, equipment, and materials and makes recommendations for needed changes.
o Managing all the staff members data in campus.
o Ensure the surrounding of the campus is safe and clean for the students and staff members.
o Spoke person or speaker.
Requirement and skills:
o Degree in business or management, or 5 years working experience in campus management or similar management experience.
o Capable of working in Kuala Lumpur or Shah Alam.
o Has a Driving License and own transportation.
o Strong understanding of finance and performance evaluation.
o Update and maintain student records, data, and activity reports.
o Able to demonstrate successful managerial experience
o Exceptional critical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
o Basic understanding on policy and procedures.
o Able to remain flexible and adapt to changes.
o Able to train new staff members for the required duties and responsibilities.
o Able to manage all the staff member data.
o Able to perform responsibilities without close supervision.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Exceptional organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills.
o Competent with Google App and Microsoft Office, including Words and Excel.
