Job Responsibilityo Assist in the booking & implementation of advertising campaigns in an accurate & timely manner
o Provide advertising setup support across our native products
o Provide quality assurance, traffic, pull campaign placement reports
o Upload and quality check creatives
o Ensure daily ticket/case quotas are met and willing to stretch occasionally
o Ensure quota/performance is effectively reported.
o Present Mid/end campaign reports to client with prioritization and optimizations
o Weekly Client Meetings to demonstrate the progress on Cases
o Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
