Job Description


Job Responsibility
Job Duties:

Handle sales inquiry and prepare sales documental as required
To communicate, coordinate and follow up with clients as sales driven need on the relevant projects
Responsible in providing excellent customer service through prospecting, making appointments and after sales service
To maintaining and developing good working relationship with new and existing customer
To assist Project team in the tender process, including but not limited to documentation preparation
To plan, organize and conduct of the company's online and offline event training, conference & etc
Able to conduct training & presentation to potential clients or coorperation partners if needed
To handle and monitor all incoming and outgoing sales enquiry, quotation and invoices
To coordinate with other department, e.g. Production, A&P, Marketing, etc to ensure smooth operation
To provide operational and administrative supoort to team when needed
To prepare of Basic Accounting e.g. Profit and Loss Statement, Book Keeping, document filing, etc
Liaise effectively with oversea company subsidiaries in matter relating to business project of company
Willing to undertake ad-hoc function, project and other assigned duties as required

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Management or any related fields
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidate experienced in Social Media Live, Speaker experience will be added advantage
Required skill(s) : MS PowerPoint, MS Worf, MS Excel
Good understanding and knowledge of Business Accounting
Possess strong analytical skills, good communication, interpersonal skills and good time management
Able to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines and work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Required language(s) : Mandarin, English and Bahagsa Melayu (verbal and written) is important as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking clients & overseas company subsidiaries
Full-time position available; immediate joining is preferred
