Job Description
Job Responsibility
To drive the business development activities in all Malaysia, in coordination with General Manager.
Identify business opportunities and potential clients in Vertical Transportation Industry (Elevator, Escalator, Residential Lift, etc)
Develop proposal tailored to client needs. Able to form strong bonds with client from various backgrounds ie, shopping malls, Condominiums, Commercial Complex, Government Buildings etc.
Prepare, submit tender bids, follow-ups and carry out tender presentations.
Keeps abreast of industry developments through the attendance of industry events and reading of industry-related publications.
Be fully conversant in business models, trends, competition,
Establish and maintain effective business relationship with strategic key accounts
Job Requirements
Min. Diploma in any courses.
Valid driving license and owns a car.
Good communication skills and able to converse in English, Mandarin (as may need to deal with Mandarin speaking clients), and Bahasa Malaysia.
