Job ResponsibilityBusiness Intelligence Developer
Role:
o To Provide Program specification and Report Development
o Create Technical Specification Documents.
o To Perform Unit Testing, SIT and Support UAT
o To provide all technical detailed level design and operational level documents
o To be up-to-date on the current development methodologies, technologies and standards
o To initiate the source code requests, change management process and tracking the change until closure.
o Take the full responsibility during the change implementation and properly communicate the progress to the stakeholders.
o To provide the application support within the warranty period
o To conduct required training for system support handover.
o Test the framework and engage in rolling out in production.
Must Have:
o Very strong development skills with MSTR and Tableau reporting's.
o Good development, analytical and technical expertise in MicroStrategy reporting components (Architect, Desktop, Web, Mobile and Distribution Services)
o Production support knowledge/experience. Problem solving skills to manage the incident.
o Minimum 2-8 years of development experience with 3-6 of working experience with MSTR and Tableau .
o Good understanding of and experience in AGILE projects
o Familiar with DevOps and banking domain is an added advantage.
o Familiar with MSTR reporting components.
o Familiar with Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reference Data Management is a plus
o Familiar with ETL process, Hadoop
o Familiar with Spark, Data API, MLP
o Familiar in SQL scripting, Python
o Familiar with Unix / Linux and batch scripting is a plus
o To develop and execute the Automation Framework especially complimenting Data Warehouse domain
o Familiar with Teradata database is a plus
o Familiar with Performance Testing (e.g. volume testing) and Disaster Recovery Testing is a plus
o Familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
