Job Responsibilityo Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
o Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
o Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
o Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
o Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
o Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
o Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
o Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
o Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
o Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
o Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders which include but not limited to ensuring technical feasibility, coordinate, plan, schedule meetings with stakeholders.
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - agreements, software, documents, change requests, meeting minutes, and etc.
o Any other ad-hoc tasks in relation to operations and marketing activities which include but not limited to administrative, customer service, advisory when required by the Management
