Job Responsibilityo Manage customer account on NPI, MP, forecast, planning, execute & monitoring project.
o Preparing quotation, involve in bidding and management of contract term.
o Frequently communicate with customer on inquiries, coordinating project, provide update on product delivery schedule and work with other departments to meet customer requirement.
o Materials cost analysis with LT, PPV, inventory report on EOL - Ad hoc task from customer & team.
o Communicate with customer on parts/components status.
o Attend conference calls with customer as required.
o Work with inter-departments to fulfill customer's requirements.
o Advise customer on committed ship dates and ensure on time delivery.
o Co-ordinate & work with cross-functional departments to execute cost reduction project
o Analysis monthly inventory report and manage EOL inventory control
