Job Responsibility1) Maintain and develop existing and new customers by building trust and long-term relationships
2) Carry out market research and competitors
3) Respond to and follow up on queries timely
4) Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to the superiors and management
5) Work proactively with colleagues in the same department and other departments
6) Assist with drafting of email and send out the report of owner income, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
7) Assist the Business Development Senior Executive and Director of Business Development to arrange all sorts of meetings, physically or virtually. All attendance is to be registered
8) To assist with presentations and reports in PowerPoint / Excel
9) Answer and respond to inquiries via a telephone call, WhatsApp, or email
10) Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documentation
11) Manage database entries and files in the proper portal
12) Organize and distribute messages to relevant parties/departments
13) Maintain confidential department files/records
14) Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to support the future growth of the business
