2.Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans.
3.Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers
4.Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment.
5.Develop event communication plans for internal stakeholders.
6.Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.
7.Highlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings.
8.Monitor projects' progress and budget.
9.Perform event boundary management and zoning of attractions sites.
10.Prepare documentation in support of project closure.
11.Prepare draft event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.
12.Prepare draft project plans for internal review.
13.Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology.
14.Regulate type and scale of events held on site at the attractions.
15.Report budget use and spending.
16.Research trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.
17.Source suitable venues based on clients' requirements with internal stakeholders.
18.Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the project plans.
19 Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects.

21 Assist Management on ad-hoc task.
o Monitoring, coordinate, execute and assist client's event/business campaign
o Prepare report for post campaign with suggestion and recommendation to improve client's campaign in future.
o Work closely with Business Division Team to update current or on-going campaign and provide an updated for any revision or improvement.
o Display good knowledge of each media platform to understand the function to ensure every campaign run according to client's brief.
o Work on several projects at the same time, often for several different clients
o Work with colleagues, other departments and media buyers either in-house or in a specialist agency
o Manage client relationships side by side with Sales Team to build respect and gain their trust in your judgement in campaign execution.
o Maintain detailed records for each campaign
