Job ResponsibilityPrimary function:
To handle order processing from customers to OPS
To update shipment manifest and keep customers informed of shipment status
To make sure payments from customers are up to date
To develop a new customer base locally and overseas
Supporting roles: To involve in product development
Working experience: 3 years of working experience in business support or customer service Knowledge of the shipping industry
Education and qualification: At least SPM or diploma holder in any field
