As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will:
o Establish and maintain a long-term relationship with clients
o Develop and recommend a comprehensive financial plan to assist clients to achieve their financial goals and needs
o Individuals can also enjoy good career progression with opportunities to enter the management track in which they can build and mentor their own team
o Manage clients account mainly as servicing to all clients
o Recruit and coaching new agents.

What are the requirements?
o Aged in between 28 to 35 (regulatory requirement)
o Candidate must possess at least SPM with min 6 credits and above.
o At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required
o Current income must be more than RM6000/month to apply for this position.
o Preferably Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
o Able to interact & engage with others easily to generate potential business leads
o Possess out-of-box thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts
o Result driven with proven track record of performance and able to work independently
o Having customer resources is preferred
