Job Responsibility1.Manage, monitor and oversee all internal and external communications for the Company, including strategic and tactical brand messaging, collaterals, representative & promotional materials, merchandising across all platforms.
2.Initiate, design, develop, execute and monitor the progress of promotional campaigns & communication strategies, including campaign budgets and timeline to be in line with the Company's plans.
3.Design and/or oversee the design of all aspects of the Company's branding & marketing activities, advertising, digital marketing and social media platforms, including social media management, content and video production, website design & management, and all related activities to ensure the smooth execution of such plans.
4.Develop and monitor key performance metrics for each platform and communications channel for monthly reporting to upper management, including keeping the reporting manager informed of latest developments.
5.Coordinate with advertising, media, public communications, and other experts to improve brand visibility and campaign results.
6.Identify the latest trends and developments, key/new players in the industry, suitable collaboration opportunities to support the Company's business growth. This includes supporting the reporting manager and Head of Department in follow up or execution of any business development activities.
7.Analyse and evaluate important company metrics, including sales conversion and leads, that influence the target market, product design, marketing effectiveness, client management, and other related areas that affect the Company's brand image, service delivery level and performance.
8.Work effectively with your assigned department to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
9.Support the Company's overall sales & revenue target by aligning with the level of service delivery and assisting other departments when required, including:
a)Having a detailed understanding of the Company's products, services and internal
processes;
b)Developing relationships, providing excellent customer services and educates referral
sources and the public on ReGen Rehab's continuum of services;
c)Participate in preparation/execution of hospital events, conferences, launches, health talk,
ceremonies, continuous medical education, etc. when required.
d)Supports Marketing, Sales & Branding through educational programs, tours, or meetings
in assigned facilities.
10. Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Development & Communications.
11. Actively pursues opportunities to learn about rehabilitation related diagnoses, services and technology both within ReGen and externally.
