Job Description


Job Responsibility
1. Promote and market company's products internationally. Taking part in manning the booth for international trades shows participate by Company.

2. Handling numbers of customers account and ensuring good customer service are provided by replying customer with 24 hours, assisting and suggesting customer in problem solving, ensure the orders are deliver on time, continue updating customers with new products and etc.

3. Managing the International Business team in vetting all their emails and quotation to customer. Assist and suggest to the team member sin problem solving related to daily marketing job.

4. Provide customers feedback to the supporting department on customers' request and other special specification required by customers; to production, QA and warehouse.

5. Looking into new markets; looking for new potential customer and value added product.

6. Compiling all the new order received from all marketers and report total order received daily

7. Allocate / assign all the new order received to respective countries to monitor and make sure that balance allocation of orders to the factory

8. Working closely with the production and packing planner to ensure the orders allocated to the factories meeting the requirement of customer shipment date. Allocate and re-allocate of marketers orders to ensure that the factory can plan and ship out the orders on time.

9. Preparing the Sales Review Report on a weekly basis. Compiling all the Finished Goods, WIP and Report. To make sure the capacity and allocation of orders to the factories are balance.

10. Check and make sure the Capacity & Allocation report prepared by the PIC for all factory management meeting are in order on weekly basis.

11. Update the documentation department on the pricing for signing the shipping documents.

12. Execute the sales and marketing strategy and program to increase sales and profit.

13. Develop the annual sales forecast. Review and monitor the monthly forecast plan to achieve the targeted goals.

14. Provide depth of experience and knowledge to train and develop his staff and others to be ready to take extra responsibility.

15. Establish and maintain a budget control system, including developing the annual budget and its implementation.

16. Allocating customer A&P in total, in monthly basis. To review monthly basis of each spending in order not to exceed company guidelines.

17. Communicate with key customers, local and overseas to maintain good relationship.

18. Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers' orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.

19. Identify, explore, develop and penetrate new oversea potential market/customers.

20. Experience in attending international expo exhibition.

21. To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.

22. Liaise with existing and potential international customers on overall pricing, contracts, sales, promotions, marketing supports and building rapport to increase sales orders.

23. Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities and campaigns to increase local and international sales revenue.

24. To study and obtain international market and product feedback.

25. To work on sales target and departmental yearly budget.

26. Execute effective marketing & development strategies to achieve sales target.

27. Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks for sales team.

28. To prepare business and analysis report

29. To undertake any other ad hoc duties/task/projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, General Manager and above when required.
