Job Responsibilityo Provide functional support to the Business Applications (JDE/MHW) with the ability to provide solutions/ recommendations.
o Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users' issues/ requests/ enquiries.
o Escalate, liaise and coordinate the issues/ requests/ enquiries with vendor consultant and follow-up for closure to ensure smooth operation within a stipulated time.
o Study, analyse, and translate business requirements into requirement/ technical specifications for reports/ programs customization/ enhancement.
o Prepare and conduct pre-live test scenarios and test results for the customized reports/ programs and ensure the expected results are being meet.
o Conduct in-house training to users in-regard to application functionalities.
o Generate and maintain appropriate documentation like user guide, system manuals, workflow processes and etc.
o Assist Project Manager to perform project coordination as required.
o Assist in every related area of the Business Applications whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the system.
Job Requirement:
o Diploma or Degree in Business Information System, IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
o Best to have 2 years of implementation/ support experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application or MHW Property Developer System.
o Experience with PowerBI will be added advantage.
o Good team player, resourceful and independent.
o Willing to perform light travel as required.
o Candidates with Accounting/ QS background are encouraged to apply.
