Job ResponsibilityBusiness Analyst Responsibilities:

o Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
o Performing user acceptance testing.
o Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
o Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

o Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Business Analyst Requirements:
o A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
o A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
o Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
o The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
o Advanced technical skills.
o Excellent documentation skills.
o Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
o Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
o Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
