Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES
o Handle license application, renewal and termination.
o Liaison with government authorities for government related matters.
o Manage restaurants utilities (electricity, water, gas, alarm, phone line, credit card terminal, etc) application and termination.
o Assist in staff hostel administration (rental, utilities payment, etc).
o Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
o Handle recruitment process for Restaurant and Head Office.
o Maintain and update the payroll process for Restaurant and Head Office.
SPECIAL SKILLS
o Good interpersonal skills.
o Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage).
REQUIREMENTS
o Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
o Has an understanding of the Employment Act and Labour Law.
o Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
o Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
o Possess own transport and minimum travelling is required.
