Job Responsibilityo Establish new accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
o Service existing accounts in person via calls, emails, or visitations. Focus sales effort by studying the existing volume of orders and potential new product orders.
o Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with customers by providing support, guidance and recommending quality and service improvements.
o Handle customer inquiry by preparing costing, design, and product specification then liaise with Account Support on the generating quotations and drawing. Ensure cost of products to customer meet company objectives.
o Follow-up on Quotation & sample submission status.
o Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules, etc.
o Monitor customer demand fluctuation, forecast, and industrial movement
o Ensure customer feedback and complaints are handled timely. Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to investigate customer complaints, develop solutions; prepare reports; and make recommendations to the customer.
o Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecasts, and weekly activities reports.
o Coordinate with Order Fulfilment Executive to build strong customer relationships.
o Coordinate with various departments on contract / price review activities / customer visit / customer audit.
o Liaise with Quality Assurance and Operations Departments to ensure all product requirements are addressed accordingly.
o Conduct Quarterly Review with key customers together with the Account Manager.
o Ensure all operational activities are per ISO procedure & company policy.
o Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly sales report.
o Any other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by superior.
