? To assist Area Manager in managing the overall building.
? To carry out periodic inspection, perform property management function, liaise closely with residents, monitor service providers, billings and collections.
Job Requirements
? At least Degree in Real Estate/ Building Management or equivalent.
? Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Building Services or Property Management.
? Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Computer literate, good leadership organizational skills, customer oriented and people skills, excellent planning and communications skills, and able to work independently.
