Research and formulating/developing client proposals
Generate brand report every month/quarter
Planning, managing & updating social media platforms
Build and execute brand strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Set up and optimise client / brand's asset within each platform to increase the visibility of the the brand
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (client service, creative, production, media and operation support) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Job Requirements
Possess minimum education level Diploma in related subject
Proven 1 to 2 years working experience in brand marketing, advertising or public relationship
Knowledge of brand marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Good copywriting skill, fluency in English and Mandarin
