Job Responsibility

• Meet & greet, become the first point of contact of the brand.
• Represent the brand and image positively.
• Attend to customer & visitor inquiries, service requests and complaints promptly.
• Responsible for promoting the company's products and services.
• Suggesting information about other products and services.
• Ensure and maintain the events floor and visual display.

Job Requirements

• Min qualification SPM with relevant experience related in luxury retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills & customer service oriented.
• Prove brand and product knowledge.
• Highly motivated and willing to work on rotational basis - (as and when required)
• 5 Days/48 Hours a week.
• Operation hour (10am-10pm).
