Job ResponsibilityKey Responsibilities:
1. ??Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to achieve key objectives.
2. Create and implement original, creative, attractive content to maintain effective marketing campaigns/ online advertisement and social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat OA) to target the right prospects in the B2B market in the industry.
3. Work with copywriters and creative team to develop creatives for digital content.
4. Regularly review and improvise campaign performance to optimize and make strategic decisions.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
6. Support Brand & Marketing Manager on detailed execution, proposals, and reports.
7. Handle and reply any query/complaint from consumer
8. Manage internal marketing collaterals for both online and offline
9. Working closely with internal teams for any partnership, marketing campaigns and related ad hoc task required
Qualifications: ?
1. Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication /Journalism or similar.
2. At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, fintech industry.
3. Possess basic graphic, video editing skills and basic knowledge on UIUX application.
4. At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as bloggers, writers and active on social media.
5. Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
6. Effective time management, organizational skills, prioritization skills and relationship management skills.
7. Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese, is an advantage.
Mandarin or Cantonese is preferable as this role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
9. Ability to work with cross-functional team to coordinate for desired output.
10. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
