Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
1. Draft, propose, execute, monitor, evaluate marketing related functions, plans and activities including branding campaigns, publicity, events and others with innovative ideas.
2. Content creation with creative development and meticulous management for all marketing activities including marketing materials, websites and various social media channels to create talk of the town effect which ultimately lead to sales.
3. Work with technical teams in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
4. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key challenges.
5. Manage agencies, budgeting/reporting, planning and administration.
6. Assist in preparing internal and external communications.
7. Assist in planning, executing, and measuring effectiveness of offline marketing.
8. To provide management with update on the market opportunities.
9. Track ROI of different marketing channels and keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaign.
10. Able to take a design brief and interpret into artwork.
Job Requirements:
1. A minimum 2 years of professional experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Degree holder in Marketing/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
3. Required skills: graphic design, desktop publishing, digital design and illustration; Video editing skill is an added advantage.
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro & After Effect) and Microsoft Office.
5. Understanding and experience of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media.
6. Strong in sense of design, creative and attentive to detail.
7. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
8. Ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment.
