Job ResponsibilityTo ensure smooth running of daily operation in Cameron Highlands branch
To conduct market survey and liaise with Quantity Surveyor department on feasibility preparation
To prepare reports including forecast launches, project budget, GDV marketing cost / incentive package / propose pricing and etc.
Liaise with ID designer on show unit design and construction
In charge in APDL application, liaise with Treasury for BG issuance and HDA account opening
In charge in EF application for new projects
Provide briefing to agents on new project launching
Liaise with branding on marketing collaterals such as logo, bunting, banner and poster design and liaise with designer on perspective, site plan and floor plan design
In charge in event preparation and attend event such as Sijil Balloting, deliver of mock up key by MB
Ensure prompt instructions to prepare SPA, liaise with SPA solicitor; and up-date sale, SPA and loan in IFCA system to generate re-noticing
Oversee and in charge of credit administration task such as consent application, loan documentation, billing, collection and delivery of vacant possession
Oversee branch staff by giving them briefing on new SOP / project information / company messages and discuss with staffs on action taken/ ways to solve problematic cases
Monitoring the progress of cases, prepare and checking of reports
Others ad-hoc task as assigned by superior
