Job Responsibilityo Oversee overall funeral service team performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
o Cultivate team building and team spirit in team members.
o Allocate manpower for funeral arrangement.
o Oversee overall front desk operation in branch and to ensure smooth operation.
o Proper records and handling of call-in and walk-in customers.
o Ensure overall cleanliness of branch premises and its surrounding area.
o Proper monitoring and records of cases as well as details.
o Ensure working environment is in compliance with Government requirements.
o Prompt monthly report generation for Management's review and perusal.
o Ensure adequate stocks for cases.
o Proper inventory and monitoring while maintaining zero stock variance.
o Tight monitoring of re-cycling projects and laundry expenses with data tabulations.
