Job Responsibility- Overall sales admin duties
- Develop forecasts and business plan
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiation and follow up action
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Assist technical coordinator in daily work schedule and assist on technical report,
service report and all related customer report or letter
- Build good rapport with current clients to maintain long term business relations
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
