Job Description
Job Responsibility
Taking care the boiler house operation, steam distribution, boiler auxiliaries and energy monitoring.
Operate boilers in such a way that high efficiency is obtained and conforms to the safety standards and regulations of machinery department (DOSH)
Periodically checks during production and non-production periods all steam distribution systems including pressure reducing stations/valves, safety valves and steam traps
Involve in the annual inspection activities with regards to the maintenance, checking, repair and commissioning
Record all the steam, gas, water softwater consumptions generated from the boiler supplied to the plant
Carry out frequent service, maintenance and inspection to all the machinery on the boiler house
Carry out calibration for the portable water treatment analysis kit such as pH meter and TDS meter
Keep the boilerhouse, evaporator and diesel tank yard clean and neat
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least 2 years of boiler hands on operation experience in the manufacturing field.
Minimum SPM and Steam Boiler Grade 2 issued by DOSH.
